Daniel recently helped us with an assortment of home projects that had been hanging over our heads, and completed each with care and precision and the utmost expertise- from drywall and ceiling repair to replacing flooring, to hardware installation and more. We couldn’t have asked for a better result. He was super easy to work with and, maybe most importantly of all, he is someone that we trusted with the keys to our house the very first time we worked with him- enough said right there!

Daniel at Alpine Building Company is my go-to anytime I need something done. I am a real estate agent and he has been super valuable in helping my clients get their deals closed. There are always big and small tasks that need to happen in a real estate transaction. Sometimes you need a plumber, sometimes you need an electrician, but most of the time, you just need a guy like Daniel who is efficient at getting things done quickly and jack of all trades. Use him!

Daniel added a lean-to to our shop in Nov/Dec 2022 and then a carport to our house in the Fall of 2023. We were new to the area & he was the only individual who got back to us & followed thru with our project despite the snow! His professionalism, communication & workmanship are outstanding! I cannot say enough about Daniel and Alpine Building Company. We've been stressing about a couple of open soffit areas on our front porch and no heat in the basement since October. No response from our GC or HVAC guy for months. Within 2 days, Daniel was in touch, made a plan, collaborated with the missing HVAC guy, arrived on time, and fixed both the soffits and ceiling space for HVAC unit. They were truly small and odd jobs that were painful for us and a playground for him! Daniel is a can-do, positive problem-solver. We laughed a lot, and he had it all done in 3.5 hours. We are definitely hiring his team to finish our front porch for roof shingles and heated cables in late spring. People like him are rare. Awesome human.

Daniel is great to work with, I’m lucky to have found him to do some projects around my business. It’s rare that you find someone who can do everything, is prompt, communicative and above all else, very kind. Every crack caulked, every nail hole filled, every nook and cranny finished to perfection. I loved that you pointed out trouble spots. And talked to 3. me about solutions. We were in need of a lean-to added to an existing shop & new to the area. Weâ d called around & couldnâ t get a return call OR the prices were to the moon & beyond! Daniel answered our call, asked for details of what was needed to be done & CALLED back with the details of how he would get this done. It was amazing. He finished in 8 days & weâ re very pleased with the final product. Heâ s polite, has everything well thought out & is ready to go when he arrives. Oh yah, he did this project in early December & the snow had arrived early!! Highly recommend Sandpoint Handyman & weâ ll be calling him again for future projects.
